When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you use our appraisal service, we process the images you upload and any descriptions you provide. We also collect basic usage data such as appraisal counts and subscription status.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your images and descriptions are sent to AI services (OpenAI) for analysis and are not stored by the AI provider beyond the duration of the request. We use your email to manage your account and send important service updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Your account data, appraisal history, and uploaded images are stored securely in our database hosted on Supabase (AWS EU). Uploaded images are stored as compressed data and are only accessible to your account.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
5. Your Rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can also export your appraisal history as a CSV file from the History page.
